Mentorship
Good mentors make a real difference, especially in a field where women are still few. We are preparing our first regional cycle of the Women in HPC mentorship programme.
How it will work
We will match mentees with mentors working in HPC, research computing and related fields, taking career stage, interests and language into account. Pairs agree how often to meet, usually online.
Mentees
Students, early-career researchers and engineers, and anyone moving into HPC from another field.
Mentors
People with experience in HPC or advanced computing, in academia or industry, who can spare an hour or so a month. Mentors of any gender are welcome.
Women in HPC also runs global mentoring programmes and webinars that are open to our community.
